    The first session always begins with an in-depth intake. We explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and underlying patterns from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. This session includes your first acupuncture treatment, tailored to your needs.

    Follow-up sessions to continue your treatment plan. These appointments focus on adjusting and deepening your acupuncture treatment based on how your body responds.

  • Acupuncture consultations are VAT exempt and may be reimbursed through supplementary health insurance. Please check your policy for details. This reimbursement does not affect your annual deductible.

In my coaching sessions, I help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and self-connection. This process supports you in reconnecting with your needs, building inner resilience, and moving through life with more balance and intention.

yin yoga.

Yin yoga is a gentle, grounding practice that works deeply on the fascia, meridians, and the nervous system. In these sessions, you are invited to slow down, soften, and create space — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This practice helps release tension, improve flexibility, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of calm from within. Yin yoga complements acupuncture and coaching beautifully, offering a supportive way to reconnect with your body and find stillness in daily life.

  • If you’re dealing with physical symptoms, hormonal issues, stress or chronic tension, acupuncture is often a good place to start. Coaching focuses more on emotional patterns and life themes, while yin yoga supports rest, mobility and nervous system regulation. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll explore what suits your situation best.

  • Acupuncture needles are very thin. You may feel a brief sensation when a needle is inserted, but it is usually minimal and short-lived. Many clients feel calm, relaxed or even sleepy during treatment.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Points are often used on the arms, legs, abdomen and back. You will always be covered appropriately and guided through the process.

  • If you have supplementary health insurance, your acupuncture sessions may be eligible for reimbursement. Coverage varies per policy, so we advise contacting your insurer directly. This reimbursement does not affect your annual deductible.

  • This depends on your symptoms, their duration and your overall health. Some people notice changes after a few sessions, while chronic issues often require a longer trajectory. We evaluate this during the intake session.
