I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and find balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. My work combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with mindful practices and modern coaching tools. Whether through acupuncture, gentle movement, or reflective conversation, I offer space to slow down, listen, and restore your natural flow.

Before I found my path in healing, I studied Econometrics and worked in the fast-paced world of startups, constantly striving, rarely pausing. Eventually, that way of living led me to an intense burnout. It became a turning point that showed me the importance of rest, reflection, and living in alignment with my true rhythm.

My journey began during that period of burnout, when I first turned to acupuncture and yin yoga. These practices helped me slow down, reconnect with my body, and rediscover balance in both body and mind. Their impact was so profound that I felt called to deepen my studies, exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga and meditation, Ayurveda, reiki, and coaching. Today, these modalities form an integrated approach that guides my work and the way I live.

In my practice, I combine acupuncture, coaching, and yin yoga to address the underlying patterns behind physical and emotional tension. Together, we work on restoring balance, improving energy flow, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal. I’ve seen clients find relief from chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep issues, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, often experiencing shifts that reach far beyond the treatment room.
